Premium-Paying Members

  •  Pay annual premium and processing fees.
  • Renew your membership annually.

Exempt Category

  •  Provide proof of exemption (e.g., antenatal card, doctor’s note for pregnant women).
  •  Registration without paying premium for SSNIT contributors, pensioners, indigents, differently-abled persons, those with mental disorders, and individuals above seventy years.

Personal Particulars Required

During registration, you’ll need to furnish the registration officer with the following personal particulars:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Age
- Marital status
- Mobile phone number(s)
- Community of residence/residential address

Biometric Information Collection
